Functional and easy to use

Service rating : Excellent service from Upstate Retractable Screens in NY.
Product : Saw Phantom Screens on a home improvement show years ago, Finally got the opportunity to get it installed on my front door entrance, and it really improves the airflow in the house. Even the UPS delivery driver commented on it, and I gave him your information. I'm very pleased with your product!

Service rating : Team at Phantom was very good to work with and very prompt on install date and service calls.
Product : Love the screens and the privacy and rain/ mosquito protection they provide. Only issue is some of the saggin on one side some of the screens have when fully up. They have been adjusted and will be again but just a little annoying if it continues to happen. Otherwise love the screens.

I am enjoying my screen on my garage.. My cat loves it too!. Easy to use with remote changer snd keeps the air flow better with the screen with the super hot sumners.

Service rating : Waited over four weeks to receive the product from the vendor, who had to order it from the manufacturer.
After service is terrible. Non-responsive to fix waves in the screen material. Left voicemails that were never returned.
Product : The Parts use are cheap plastic. The screen was installed at dusk by one installer, and not done as well as it would have been during the daylight hours. When completed, the screen, when opened, had noticeable waves in it. Called the service technician three times, but no answer. Left messages that were not returned. The vendor is a one man operation in the Reno area, and thus, the voicemails that are not returned.
I do not recommend this product or vendor.

Product : This has been a game changer for the usability of our screened in porch. We select the premium 1% air flow option and are so glad we did! We’ve already had 90+ degree days that previously would have kept us indoors and now we can stay outside!! We love it!!! Install was awesome and techs were super nice and professional.

Service rating : Professional installers. Very friendly and accommodating.
Product : I recently had a retractable front door screen installed (to along with my L-shaped sliding glass door screens). Both were installed by Unseen Screens. I love the breeze coming through the house now. Quality construction, professional installers. Wish I did it sooner.
