Not all screens are built to last a lifetime, but ours are
Our screens come with corrosion-resistant finishes and extruded aluminum casings and tracks. And, unlike traditional screens, Phantom screens retract into a casing whenever they’re not in use, which protects them from the elements so they can last much longer.
Warranty FAQ
Our warranty is the best in the industry. If you have a problem with our screens, we want to get it fixed for you right away.
Our limited lifetime warranty covers the screen components (not including the mesh) to the original purchaser for their lifetime in their home. We also include a labor warranty that covers the delivery and installation of the warranted components for the first 24 months.
“Limited” means that our warranty doesn’t cover every single component. For instance, mesh and fabric are excluded. But all of the warrantied components are guaranteed for life to the original purchaser of the product.
Lifetime means for life. Your life, if you’re the original purchaser of the screen. Your children can inherit your Phantom screens, but not the warranty. Likewise, you can sell your home with your Phantom screens, but you can’t transfer the warranty to the new owner.
