Service rating : Installer and contractor did not seem to coordinate installation and this is a problem as the project is still unfinished after nearly 3 months.
Product : The dealer installer for our project has not been responsive and the job is still not finished after nearly of 3 months waiting for manual screens that were part of the job. The motorized units work fine, but the rest of the job needs to be finished.

Product : I really like the door but it keeps sticking. I have used the proper lubricant to help but it keeps sticking halfway through close and open. I have reached out to the installer to no avail so I am disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Installers were here at the quoted time, They were efficient & finished installing when they said they would.

Service rating : Service techs appeared to have good knowledge of the door but cannot compensate for the inadequacies of the design.
Product : After installation, latching mechanism sometimes fails to engage resulting in immediate or delayed spontaneous opening of screen. A second service call to adjust the latching mechanism failed to correct the problem. We were told that the door frame was a little bowed not allowing straightforward latching. This house is 21 years old and I would doubt any metal doorway that gets full sun would be perfect after 21 years. I think that the design of the door should allow for age variations in a doorway. There are 2 fixes I can see would help. 1) Latching pieces mounted on top and bottom of doorframe should be made out of metal (not plastic) to avoid excessive wear which can also lead to spontaneous opening. 2) To be more full proof, latching mechanism should be manufactured with a magnet on the door and door frame to supplement the inadequate design of the latch.

Love!!!! Keeps bugs out and even decreases suns intensity. We have screens without solar protection. The screens almost seem to not be there. The clear view through them is amazing. The screen motors are relative quiet.

Product : Love the screens and the privacy and rain/ mosquito protection they provide. Only issue is some of the saggin on one side some of the screens have when fully up. They have been adjusted and will be again but just a little annoying if it continues to happen. Otherwise love the screens.
